NAME
narval_launch - first step to enable narval sub systems.
SYNOPSIS
narval_launch
DESCRIPTION
narval_launch launch the three processes narval_naming_service,
aws_shell and central_log in one command hosted by screen. It also
loads po_cos_naming in order to enable Ada 2005 annex E. One can choose
the WEB service port by exporting AWS_PORT environment variable
(default to 5487).
