NAME

       DSA - Digital Signature Algorithm

DESCRIPTION

       DSA  is  the Digital Signature Algorithm specified in [DSS], a standard
       for public-key based digital signatures from NIST,  the  U.S.  National
       Institute for Standards and Technology.  DSA employs SHA(5).
