firestring_conf_parse_next - add on to a previously parsed file
SYNOPSIS

struct firestring_conf_t *firestring_conf_parse_next(const char
*filename, struct firestring_conf_t *previous)
DESCRIPTION
firestring_conf_parse_next() attempts to read a configuration from
filename and add the results to the previous values, overriding that
are already set.
RETURN VALUE
Returns a pointer to a structure containing the data read from the
config file, or NULL if the file cannot be opened.
