NAME
yrecinfo - Y recorder information utility
SYNTAX
yrecinfo [options]
DESCRIPTION
yrecinfo is a utility for displaying information about a Y server. It
is used to examine the capabilities of a server. Displays information
such as preset Audio modes, current Audio settings, Sound cycle load
and other statistics.
OPTIONS
--modes
Prints list of available preset Audio modes on the Y server.
--recorder <address:port>
Specify which Y server to connect to.
--help Print help screen and exit.
RETURN VALUE
0 Success.
1 General error.
2 Cannot connect to Y server error.
3 Systems error.
ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES
RECORDER
Specifies the Y server <address:port> to connect to. This is a
fall back if the argument --recorder is not specified.
EXAMPLES
To print basic information about a Y server, type:
# yrecinfo
To print all information including preset Audio modes type:
# yrecinfo --modes
