NAME

prefixsuffix — program to rename batches of files by changing their
       prefixes and suffixes.

SYNOPSIS

       prefixsuffix

DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the prefixsuffix command.

This manual page was written for the Ubuntu distribution because the
original program does not have a manual page.

prefixsuffix is a program that you can use to rename batches of files
(even in subdirectories) by changing their prefixes or suffixes.

It currently does not have any command line options. Just run it from
the shell or choose it from the Applications -> Utility menu.
