NAME

       fnmkior - constructs an object reference

SYNOPSIS

       fnmkior hostname port type_id object_key

DESCRIPTION

       fnmkior  takes  the data that identifies an object and generates an IOR
       from it. For example:
              $ fnmkior sundial.dstc.edu.au 9999 \
              > IDL:dstc.edu.au/HelloWorld/HelloWorldIf:1.0 fred
